Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days enter our processing queue the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will enter the queue the next business day. Processing and handling typically takes 1-3 business days for both domestic and international orders.
Please note that factors such as incomplete payment, insufficient address details, or seasonal demand may extend processing times. If any issue arises with your order, we'll reach out by email to keep things moving smoothly.
Shipping Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days in transit, for both domestic and international destinations. External factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays can affect delivery times. While these factors are outside our control, we'll keep you updated to the best of our ability.
Taxes and Duties Any customs taxes or import duties imposed by your country are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific rate information, please contact your country's customs office. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, as this process is outside our control.
Order Cancellation To cancel an order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to initiate a return once it arrives.
